Hello fellow readers! Finally, my Melbourne trip post is up.
This is my first Airbnb apartment in Melbourne! Airbnb strives to offer their travellers to feel at home when they are miles away from home. Airbnb offers a wide array of beautiful apartments. I have never been to Melbourne and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Melbourne with minimal homesickness thanks to Airbnb. Through Airbnb, I managed to book an apartment called “Melbourne City Design Oasis” not only did Oasis minimize my homesickness; it has inspired me on how I would like my future house to be like. I really like studio apartments and Oasis has an open concept that is very similar to a studio apartment. I have yet to encounter apartments with a similar interior as Oasis.

Hang out with my friends in Melbourne. Of course, I've made some new friends too! We went to the popular pink lake.
What is home without a good comfortable and sturdy bed? The bed in my Airbnb apartment was really comfortable. I do not like my beds too hard or too soft and the bed Oasis provided was in-between the two. Oasis provides a kitchen that allowed us to cook breakfast in the morning before heading out or whipping something up in the wee hours of the night when we were hungry. This was really convenient especially in the night because we did not have to head out to find food in the middle of the night and did not have to settle for instant noodles. I was heading to Sydney after Melbourne thus, my trip was close to two weeks. Oasis has helped me lighten my luggage load by providing a washing machine in the apartment where I could do my laundry instead of bringing more clothes.

I am really a coffee lover. I drink it every single day.
Our Airbnb apartment is located in the heart of Melbourne where you can find the best restaurants, cafes, markets and shopping malls around the vicinity of Oasis. There was a particular café that served really good coffee and I got my daily morning coffee fix from the same café throughout my stay in Melbourne. To add on, the tram rides are free within the city zone! I could travel from my Airbnb apartment to other parts of the city zone for free because my apartment is located in the city zone. It was so awesome and such a new experience to be able to take a public transport around the city for free!
We went to Manchester Press to have brunch. It is just walking distance from our Airbnb apartment!
Last night in our Airbnb apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer in Melbourne. Anyway, thank you Natty for all the pretty photos. You've been a great travel buddy of mine! More to come right?
